FACILITATED PROFESSIONAL LEARNING SERIES
Collaborative professional learning experiences aimed to provide a space to learn about, discuss and apply concepts ranging from leading organizational change, building and developing effective teams, strategic planning, leading with Emotional Intelligence and utilizing systems thinking to inform change.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING
Team members lead a collaborative process to analyze the current organizational state around an organizational challenge and co-develop a strategic change plan based on organizational needs, inclusive of goals, stakeholder engagement strategies and resource allocation. Team members provide ongoing to support to ensure the success of the strategic change plan reaches the organization’s desired state.
MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION
Team members design measurement and evaluation plans to assess both process and outcome measures of a projects and programs. Short-term, intermediate and long-term indicators provide information that allow organizations to continuously improve on initiatives.
COACHING

EMERGING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
This program is designed to support the development of emerging leaders for leadership roles today and in the future. In a collaborative learning environment, students will develop an understanding of leadership theory and practice by working in learning teams on projects.
